Terms of Use
이 약관은 Android용 CastFi와 Windows용 CastFi(이하 "서비스") 이용에 적용됩니다. 서비스를 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
These terms apply to CastFi for Android and CastFi for Windows (the "Service"). By installing or using the Service you agree to them.
1. 서비스의 내용
CastFi는 사용자가 이미 가지고 있는 음악을 재생하고, 헤드폰과 이어폰에 맞춰 소리를 다듬고, 같은 네트워크에 있는 다른 기기의 재생을 제어하는 앱입니다. CastFi는 음악 콘텐츠를 제공하거나 판매하지 않으며, 사용자가 재생할 음원은 사용자가 직접 준비합니다.
2. 이용 조건
- 서비스는 개인적이고 합법적인 용도로 무료 제공됩니다.
- 관련 법령이나 이 약관을 위반하는 방식으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
- 서비스를 역설계하거나, 무단으로 복제 · 배포 · 재판매할 수 없습니다.
- 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하거나 다른 이용자에게 피해를 주는 행위를 할 수 없습니다.
3. 사용자의 콘텐츠와 저작권
사용자가 CastFi로 재생하거나 다른 기기로 전송하는 음원에 대한 권리와 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 적법하게 취득하지 않은 콘텐츠를 이용해 발생하는 문제에 대해 제공자는 책임지지 않습니다. CastFi는 사용자의 음악 파일을 서버에 저장하거나 다른 이용자에게 공유하지 않습니다.
4. 외부 서비스
CastFi는 Spotify · YouTube Music · Apple Music 등 외부 음악 서비스, 가사 · 영상 제공 서비스와 제휴 관계가 없습니다. 각 상표는 해당 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 외부 서비스를 이용할 때에는 각 서비스의 약관과 정책을 함께 준수해야 하며, 해당 서비스의 중단이나 정책 변경으로 CastFi의 관련 기능이 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다.
5. 연결 기기와 하드웨어
USB DAC, 네트워크 플레이어, NAS 등 연결 기기는 제조사와 모델에 따라 지원 범위가 다릅니다. 특정 기기에서 특정 형식의 재생이 반드시 가능하다고 보증하지 않습니다. 기기 연결로 발생할 수 있는 하드웨어 손상에 대해서는, 관련 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
6. 업데이트와 서비스의 변경
서비스는 기능 개선과 결함 수정을 위해 수시로 업데이트될 수 있으며, 일부 기능이 변경되거나 중단될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 안이나 이 웹사이트를 통해 안내합니다.
7. 무보증과 책임의 한계
서비스는 있는 그대로(as-is) 제공됩니다. 특정 목적에의 적합성, 무중단 동작, 오류 없는 동작을 보증하지 않습니다. 관련 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 서비스 이용 또는 이용 불능으로 발생한 직접적 · 간접적 손해에 대해 제공자는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 제공자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 이 제한의 대상이 아닙니다.
8. 지식재산권
CastFi 및 그 구성요소(소프트웨어 · 디자인 · 상표 · 문서)에 대한 권리는 제공자에게 있습니다. 이 약관은 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 제한적 권한만을 부여하며, 어떤 권리의 이전도 의미하지 않습니다.
9. 이용의 중단
이용자는 언제든지 앱을 삭제해 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 이 약관을 중대하게 위반한 경우 제공자는 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
10. 약관의 변경
이 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지에 개정 내용과 날짜를 게시합니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
11. 준거법
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁은 관련 법령에 따른 관할 법원에서 다룹니다.
12. 문의
1. What the Service is
CastFi is an app for playing music you already own, shaping the sound for your headphones or earphones, and controlling playback on other devices on the same network. CastFi does not provide or sell music content; the recordings you play are yours to supply.
2. Conditions of use
- The Service is provided free of charge for personal, lawful use.
- You may not use it in any way that breaks applicable law or these terms.
- You may not reverse-engineer the Service, or copy, distribute or resell it without permission.
- You may not interfere with the normal operation of the Service or harm other users.
3. Your content and copyright
You hold the rights to, and the responsibility for, any recordings you play through CastFi or send to another device. The provider is not responsible for problems arising from content you did not obtain lawfully. CastFi does not store your music files on any server or share them with other users.
4. Third-party services
CastFi is not affiliated with Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music or any other external music, lyrics or video service. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners. When using such services you must also comply with their own terms, and CastFi features that depend on them may stop working if those services change or shut down.
5. Connected devices and hardware
Support varies by manufacturer and model for USB DACs, network players and NAS units. No guarantee is made that a particular device will play a particular format. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for hardware damage arising from connecting devices.
6. Updates and changes to the Service
The Service may be updated at any time to improve features and fix defects, and features may change or be discontinued. Significant changes are announced in the app or on this website.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or freedom from error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by the provider's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Intellectual property
Rights in CastFi and its components — software, design, trademarks and documentation — belong to the provider. These terms grant only a limited right to use the Service and transfer no ownership.
9. Ending use
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. The provider may restrict access in the event of a serious breach of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may change; revisions and their dates are published on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are handled by the courts having jurisdiction under those laws.
